Link for the day: Women whose index fingers are shorter than their ring fingers are more likely to engage in casual sex. There is also interesting differentials between gay & straight men, and lesbians & straight women.

Turns out this is a "masculine" characteristic, and apparently reflects prenatal hormones.

Fess up, you checked your index & ring fingers just now, didn't you? What's the result for you or your friends & lovers?

Heh, I think the official rule is that sex stops being casual when you have to schedule it around the baby's hours. :)

Yup, shorter. Never noticed before, but it's a small difference on the right, and a marked difference on the left (almost half an inch).
