Brunch was lovely. Not only did we have a nice time, it forced us to finally do a cleaning that was most necessary. And afterwards, per
xthread's suggestion we headed out to a lovely dinner. It was the most social I've been in way too long. Whenever I finally become social again, I realize how much I've missed it.
Of course, I'm heading out to Vegas this weekend (for work), so I'm going to be anti-social again. And next weekend is Passover, so.... gah! It's hard to schedule being social, especially with a baby.

Brunch and socializing
Date: 2005-04-12 10:14 am (UTC)As for the the bit about it being hard to socialize when you have a baby, I don't know if you've seen the standup bit from several years ago where the comedian comes out on stage carrying a bowling ball wearing a diaper, and a big chain runs from the bowling ball to a shackle on his leg. He says, "Dinner? We'd love to, but we have a baby."
