Birthday party by fiat

We weren't planning on having a birthday party for Andrew. But a couple of friends announced that they were planning to come by & wanted to know details about the party. So, we went ahead and had a fun dinner. The usual (spaghetti) plus pie and cake. We even lit a candle. xthread and bellicaneko dropped by, along with Jacob & Wendy. d3l1r1um and mcl bought Andrew a geeky yet cute onesie (I TCP/IP but mostly IP). My parents bought him a Discovery Ball which he enjoys spinning. And fun was had by all.

Hooray! It was lovely. Have I mentioned lately that you did pretty good with that whole spawn thing? Very cute, and becoming more interactive by the minute! I mean, there were definite beginnings of pattycake happening!

BTW, we totally mean it on the video camera offer. Let us know if you ever want to borrow it or want us to bring it along when we visit.
